1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Kanso Coders Ltd ("we", "us", "our") grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FluxEdit subject to the following terms:

• Personal Use: Install and use FluxEdit on any devices you personally own or control
• Commercial Use: Use FluxEdit and its outputs for commercial projects without additional fees
• Updates: Receive all future updates and improvements at no extra cost

2. What You Can Do

• Use FluxEdit for personal, educational, and commercial purposes
• Create unlimited designs, graphics, and exports
• Use your creations in client work, products, merchandise, and marketing materials
• Install FluxEdit on multiple devices that you own (e.g., desktop and laptop)
• Keep using FluxEdit indefinitely — your license never expires

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell your license or the software itself
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding within the software
• Use the software for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Sublicense, rent, or lease the software to others

4. Ownership of Your Work

Your creations belong entirely to you. Any designs, graphics, images, or other content you create using FluxEdit are your property. We claim no rights, ownership, or royalties over your work. You are free to use, sell, license, or distribute your creations however you wish.

5. Intellectual Property

FluxEdit, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Kanso Coders Ltd. This license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of it.

6. Updates and Support

Your license includes all future updates to FluxEdit at no additional cost. We aim to continuously improve the software, but we do not guarantee specific features, timelines, or perpetual support. We reserve the right to discontinue development at any time.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If FluxEdit doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund, no questions asked.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FluxEdit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use FluxEdit at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kanso Coders Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of FluxEdit.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of FluxEdit and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to This License

We may update this license from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of FluxEdit after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
